Ripped Off

I purchased this cap for my Grand Daughter using my bonus reward points. The very next day I received an email from DSW that my purchase did not go through. I did not receive an explanation from DSW why or a return of my bonus points to my account. Very disappointed in the reward system as well as no reason for your cancellation.
