Creased after one hr wear

The shoe looks very nice but first day wearing it already creased to the point that looks very cheap material not good quality on the leather as you see on the picture disappointment for the price

I ordered size 5 , bought it for my daughter, she liked it. But the shoes shaft was tight in the first week wearing, after that it got not as tight as before , I think should move half size up.

These hurt my ankles so bad from wearing for even 2 minutes around the house. My ankles hurt even after I took them off. Was sad because they’re super cute - returned

These boots were perfect for the winter months and still look brand new as we're heading into spring. I wore warm cozy socks and stayed warm AND the boots leveled up the look. I wore with pants to work and jeans for running errands.
