    Wrong Color - TWICE

    Ordered BLACK and received GRAY - TWICE. Very frustrating. I guess the black does not exist and they're desperate to get rid of the gray.

    Wrong Color - Twice 🤬

    I wanted the black/rose gold but received light gray/gold. The box says black/rose gold but that’s not what in the box. Exchanged them thru mail, same thing happened. Too bad dsw can’t have a policy where their employees check what is in the box to what has been ordered. Returning an exchange is an enormous pain. I’m getting really sick of this because it things like this happen often.
