    Perfectly comfortable for all day wear

    I bought my first pair over a year ago in Black and it was so comfortable from day one that I bought a second pair in the pewter. Gentle souls fit me perfectly and feel good on your feet. I can wear them all day without issue.

    Not The Usual Comfy Gentle Souls

    I generally cannot get enough of gentle souls. They are the most comfortable high quality shoes. They’re boring but great leather makes up for it. But even the quality can’t defend this pair of loafers because they’re not comfortable. No thanks-returned.

    Pretty Shoe

    This loafer is very pretty, the leather is a nice, cool metallic finish. It looks sleek and modern but still classic. I was really looking forward to this shoe. (I’m in my early 30s for reference. ) I ordered a 9 and usually wear a 9 or a 9 1/2. I ordered a 9 because it said the shoe was sized a bit large in the description. I have three other pairs of shoes from Gentle Souls and they all fit well and are very comfortable. Unfortunately this shoe made my toes feel crammed - too narrow and slightly too tight at the toe. I walked around in my house in the shoes for a while and decided they weren’t comfortable enough to keep. I think I would be hobbling if I wore them out somewhere. If they had more space in the toe box and felt comfortable, I would have kept them. Also, the left insole liner was beginning to pull out of the shoe just after trying them out. I am returning the shoes and am unsure if it would be more comfortable in a 9 1/2 or if the toe box will still feel too tight. Hope this review is helpful. Thanks.
