    Broken sole

    I bought the avalanche brown oxford my for three children for school. Within a week the sole had ripped. One month in, and the shoe has completely torn to shreds. I am appalled at the level of quality of this company. Even worse, when I requested a refund, they said I had to send the shoe back! Why do they need this piece of junk in order to provide a refund?

    No, I do not recommend this product.
