too small and strap was damaged

I read reviews that said these run wide and others that said they run narrow. Too large, too small. I ordered my usual size, but I couldn't get my foot in completely. But what really bothered me was the strap was crimped. It looked permanent. Disappointing. Back they went.

I have pretty wide feet. These are tight in the toe box for me, but I was prepared for that. The heel is the tricky part. I think it comes up too high and has a seam back there which is kind of painful. I’m still hoping I can stretch these out a bit so they’re more comfortable. Cute shoes otherwise. Goes with lots of outfits.

Super comfortable and soft. A wide fit would have been nice but they stretch a little. I usually wear 8 but got 7.5 and fit great.

The shoes themselves are super soft and flexible. However the design has my feet looking abnormally long. It’s weird. I think there is too much length from the opening to the toe. Perhaps it’s just me! I’m a huge Franco Sarto fan but these just aren’t for me.
