Zipper Zilemma

The Marcella bootie is comfortable but I have a hard time getting the zippers up once the boots are on my feet. I can't plan to wear them when I'm rushing to get dressed!

Too Small

Purchased my normal size 7 and I could barely get my foot in the shoe. There was no way I could even zip them. Very strange fit. I have never had that problem before with this brand.

Inferior bonded leather - returned

I bought these because I have a similar pair in black from Sarto that I love and that have lasted me years. These one appear to be cheap, bonded leather; they feel and look cheap and flimsy - not at all like the ones I've had for years. Couldn't wait to return them!

Defective boots

I’ve received the Defective boots! Plus, I ordered size 8, but I’ve received size 8,5. And I wonder WHY?! Plus this “pair” of boots is very special. The left one is bigger than the right one. WHY? The zipper on the left boot is broken. This is not a product- it is trash. I returned them.

Flat Inside...

I chose it for the Brand Name. And am disappointed in the actual shoes. Flat inside - and kind of loose - and I have long feet. Does not as sturdy as this brand used to make. Sad. Not keeping them. * To each his own.
