They're not bad and adhesive is very good, but the one I got had two pads that were exactly the same instead of having one mirrored. Must be a production error.

Time will tell
I purchased the gel pads about a week ago. I was planning on using them in my pickleball shoes to reduce foot movement because I keep getting holes in my socks from friction. I hope the pads stay in place. It's a little too soon to judge the performance but I like the concept.
