Great Looking Shoe - Pull Strap Keeps Breaking

2nd pair - each one the pull strap on one shoe, then the other with the 2nd pair breaks with a simple pull. I have been told to take into the store before they will ship a replacement to determine if this is a defect - obviously. It is unfortunate, really like the shoe and I find it difficult to find shoes I love. If they offer to fix the shoe will a better stitching job, I would keep.

Bought this shoe for its design and waterproof leather.. good for our winters..
Shoe arrived and fit was fine and it looked really good.. unfortunately it arrived with one of the tabs in the back already torn.. not a good sign.. DSW customer service was great and offered replacement right away.. have ordered a replacement and will see how durable these are..
