Florsheim Midtown Wingtip Oxford = Timeless Design

I gave them 4 stars as they are not as comfortable as the Clarks Cap Toe oxfords I have, but my Florsheim Wingtips have the leather sole vs the rubber sole which may allow them to last longer but they are much stiffer I would expect. My late father would apply sandpaper to the bottom of his shoes with leather soles for traction and security when walking on carpet., He would have them resoled every 5-7yrs & usually get about 15yrs out of a pair. I wear brown more often while my father wore black mostly.

Best Dress Shoe I've owned

I've had a pair of these now for 3 years and I have to say they are the best fitting dress show I've ever wore and offer great arch support. I typically wear them 3-4 days a week and they have held up great. Would strongly recommend these shoes.
