Missed Opportunity

I like the appearance of this boot. The gist pair was slippery inside( could have been my socks) but the 11 was too big , width and size.
Returned them and reordered. I’ve worn them a few times, not my favorite. I should have returned them. Not comfortable

color is not the same as pictured. plus they removed a tag on the bottom of the shoe and left the sticky residue on the bottom! ridiculous for a $150 pair of shoes. it was also very politely packaged with tape wrapped all around the shoe box

the cognac looks completely different in person. more like burgundy so be aware but otherwise theyre beautiful boots. was really excited to make these a wardrobe staple and got really bummed about the color.

I’ve been wanting a nice pair of boots to wear with jeans or dress pants. I’ve been a big fan of Florsheim shoes for years. These are comfortable, and great quality.

Disappointing

First, the boots SMELLED AWFUL when they arrived. Second of all, they’re not truly extra wide. The wood sole is a regular sole with extra leather in the width, which leaves half the foot with no sole under it; just the leather and it gives an odd appearance to the shape of the foot.
