Falling apart after 1 month of use

I bought my son the Florsheim Crossover Steel Toe Work Oxford for an internship he started in the middle of May. Within a month the sole is already coming off the shoe. I’ve heard that Florsheim is a great shoe and they were always my Dad’s shoe of choice for work. However, the shoes should last longer than a month! I've reached out to Florsheim customer service and am awaiting a response. Hope it was just a fluke and that they can make this right.

Love these work shoes. They are steel toe and fit perfectly. I wore them to work and I got compliments from many associates. They couldn’t believe that they were really steel toe shoes. They are light weight, stylish and made by Florsheim. So you you can rest assured they are built well.

Look good and functional

Bought for my husband for work. Stylish and he said they are comfortable - we did have to buy some foam inserts to make them more comfortable since he is on his feet all day.
