Shoe Is Comfortable- DSW Horrible At Shipping

The shoes came in half a box (no lid) in a shipping bag and the toe on the right shoe was dented in. DSW has been really bad with how they ship items lately. All the shoe boxes I’ve been getting are always completely smashed. They used to ship inside other boxes which added protection to the items being shipped. Really horrible and making me reconsider ordering through them anymore

Super Comfortable but Small

These shoes are insanely comfortable, but they do run small. I wear a 7 in tennis shoes, and usually a 6.5 in shoes without socks. To be safe, I ordered a 7 here and I still had to exchange them for a 7.5. The 7 was too narrow and too short. They are slightly too long in a 7.5 but the width is much better and I can make it work. But these shoes are super comfortable and will be able to be worn for many hours without blisters, toe crunching, etc.

These shoes run a little small, I usually wear a 6.5 medium width but had to size up to a 7. They are comfy though. I bought them in brown and black.

Very comfortable

I get so many compliments on these shoes and they are so comfortable. I can't usually wear closed dress shoes because they cause blisters. I've run errands in these shoes and walked over a mile with no issues. (I can't usually do than in anything but sneakers or sandals.) The strap keeps them on nicely and the padding inside is great. I'm usually between an 8.5 and 9; I went with the 9 to have a little extra room. Highly recommend these shoes.
