Cute, but not well made or supportive

I love the way they look, but they've got the support of a flattened marshmallow. You can feel them flex when you walk, which isn't a good sign of the shank strength, if there even is a shank. There is no arch support either. I wish they were better made, because they are cute.

Looks good and appears well made but runs small

Looks good and appears well made but runs small. Love the shoe boot but I usually wear an eight and my toes are squished up against the front of the boot. Went to reorder in a larger size but the next 2 sizes up are sold out. Unfortunately I will have to return

Worst Service Ever

Ordered two pairs of boots for a trip. First pair arrives early with two different sized shoes and no top on shoe box. I drove across town and returned to store. Second pair did not arrive as stated. Now they will arrive after I have left for trip!
