Cute and comfy boots, but size up!!

I don't leave reviews often, but it's thanks to the previous reviews for this boot that aided me in choosing the correct size. I normally wear a 9.5 medium. After reading the reviews it was apparent that the shoe runs small and narrow. Because of DSW's sale and some rewards I had earned, I decided to take a gamble and order these boots and size up since they are super cute. I wasn't sure if getting a 9.5 wide would give me adequate room... Or if I should go wide and up a size... so I decided I would get a black pair in 9.5 wide (they didn't have any size 10 available in black anyway) and a brown pair in a 10 wide. I figured that hopefully at least one pair would work out! To my surprise both pairs ended up working! The 9.5 wide needs to be worn with thin socks, but the 10 wide will accommodate normal/thicker socks. Both are comfortable and cute so long as the thickness of the sock is right. Size up and you should also be able to enjoy these cute boots!

Not impressed unfortunately

I bought these recently and ended up returning them. They look so cute in the picture but when I received my order I wasn’t impressed by them. They look and feel cheap, like they wouldn’t last more than a season of wearing them. I wear a women’s 11 - I can wear regular width but I order wide for boots (because winter/fall type socks) and these were still pretty narrow for a wide. Hurt my feet.
