In the photo they looked like faux suede. When they arrived they looked like plastic. Very cheap looking. I wish the stores carried more wide options in their store so I wouldn't have to constantly order online only to figure out I don't like them:( I was really disappointed.

Bootie is comfortable, and most importantly to me, FITS! Thank you for making this available in Narrow width. Please offer more options in Narrow widths. It's a versatile style I'll wear a lot. My only criticism is that it does not look like leather.

Bought these a month ago to get ready for the winter season. These are great for rainy or dry weather. We just got several feet of snow here in the northeast, so I bought heavy=duty boots for the bad weather. These are very sturdy and comfortable for work where I stand and walk for 6-8-hour shifts

I got these in the dark brown and they look just like the picture. They are really comfortable out of the box, and fit true to size. They do have a high arch, so if you don't like the feel of that, they most likely wouldn't be a good choice, but since I have really high arches I love it!

I usually wear a 5 or 6 depending on how she shoe is made. So 5.5 are always perfect and snug, it's ash brown all over a little disappointed because in the picture. There are a dark shade of ash brown on the design of the bootie. Which made these colored shoes more astonishing to me, then the other solid black, brown color you see everywhere. But these will do, better luck next time hopefully the pictures would look like the real thing.
