Great shoe but not a true narrow

This is a good-looking, comfortable, well-made shoe, with a fairly streamlined profile. I had to take off 1 star because the narrow size was still quite loose, and of course without laces, there was no way to make it work.

Just what I was looking for

I have been looking for zippered shoes like this for several years since the last pair I owned (from another company) had to be discarded. I've used these for about a month now and find them very comfortable with grippy soles. I bought Size 7 W (I normally wear 6.5 W) and think that the shoes run a tad small. With the shoe fully enclosing the foot like in this design, there needs to be more volume in the shoe for the foot to not feel 'suffocated'. I would have liked a bit more cushiony feel. But I am probably used to the feel of my similar old pair.
