Disappointed in Fit

I purchased this pump in black + size 9 Medium, which is my size.
I was looking for a comfortable shoe.
It was a great looking dress shoe.
Unfortunately, the height of the heel made my foot push forward + my toes hurt.
The shoe was stiff + not well padded.
I'm 69 years old + have had many back surgeries.

Love it so much! It is so comfy, I can wear it for the whole day and don't feel tired, or uncomfortable. the style is so good that I can use it at work, at church, or just take a walk. and it makes my feet look smaller, and cute. I love it! I hope there are more colors.

Ouch on side ankle bone

Cute, but they dig in to my side ankle bone. I kept looking at the shoes to see if I could do anything about it, but they are going back.
