I SO wanted these to work. Super cute and exactly what I was looking for - EXCEPT, they are trying to murder my ankles. Sawing them off from the bottom. I have put in multiple inserts so my heel/ankles sit higher to no avail. Just blood. Too late to return. They look sad sitting at the back of my closet.

Side of the shoes going against ankle bone, it hurts. Great looking shoes but I’d rather return it, not worth keeping it with the price I paid for it.

I gave it two stars because the style is very cute. However, the leather is very, very stiff and uncomfortable. Also, it does not fit securely around the ankle when it is strapped at the tightest possibility. I will be returning these.

Cute, but they dig in to my side ankle bone. I kept looking at the shoes to see if I could do anything about it, but they are going back. Same problem with another show of the same brand so just not for me

I loved the T-strap look + thought it was supposed to make your foot look slimmer. The shoe is good looking. Easy Spirit has changed over the years + are not as comfortable as the past. After walking around my house, they become more uncomfortable. I ordered numerous shoes from DSW over the past few weeks + unfortunately still can’t find a comfortable shoe for casual/dress. Really hoped this was the one.

These are super cute and simple and really comfy! I kept them for a cute shoe to go with skirts and such for when I don't wanna wear sandals. I saw someone else mention, but yes, my shoe box came absolutely destroyed as well. (What's up with that??) The shoes seemed to be intact, though, which was great, but it had me worrying they sent me someone else's abused return. Definitely keeping!

I had been searching for a vintage 1950's style with aspects of comfort. Having just had surgery, I wanted a sturdy heel, soft insole, and not much height given I am already 5'11". This shoe checks every box for my search! It is stylish, vintage looking, with a lower sturdy heel that does not slip. The sole and arch are so soft and comfortable, I look forward to many uses.

I really like the shoes, so far comfy. However, I’m saddened by the way my shoe box arrived, completely destroyed and no lid. I keep all my shoes inside the original box and this was disappointing =(

Beautiful shoe, but you need a high instep for the straps to sit correctly. I have almost flat feet, and the straps couldn’t be tightened enough to lie flat on the top of my foot. Very disappointed that these shoes didn’t fit my feet.
