Great boot!

Great boot! Bought them for husband & he loves them. BUT…they run small. Had to return & reorder a whole size up. He loves them!

Avoid at all costs

I have another brand, similar pair of boots that I have been extremely comfortable and durable, but I just didn't love the color. Fast forward to finding these in the dark brown during a Thanksgiving sale a few weeks ago. All the DSW website says is "imported" and I didn't know anything about Eastland. If you go to their website, you will most likely leave with the impression that I got, which is that they are an American brand (score!). Alas, unlike some of the Eastland line, these particular boots are made in the worst of human rights violating countries, something that would have stopped me from buying in the first place had I known. On top of all of that, they are incredibly, unfathomably, uncomfortable. I saw the reviews that said they were the opposite and told myself "I just need to break them in." Well, I am on wear day 10 and they are just as bad today as the first day. Unfortunately because I have worn them so much, I highly doubt I can return them. There goes seventy bucks for nothing.
