poor treatment of VIP order...

shoes came in bottom half shoe box inside a shipping bag which was ripped//holes in it. a sale sticker inside shoe like it was marked down on sale. wasn't aware of it being on sale. Seen better tr eatment of shipments from places like payless. not happy.
