I absolutely loved these shoes. They became my favorite shoe after the first time I wore them, however after only 3 wears they started to peel. They peeled so bad that I can no longer wear them. I am so disappointed as they were not cheap, yet they are cheaply made.

Cute shoe, but the toe box is extremely tight. I've owned these for over a year and they do not loosen up with wear. I don't have wide feet so the only thing I think would be the solution would be to size up.

I read the reviews and was hopeful. From the folks that got a new pair, the fit and comfort level sounded great. I ordered a 9.5, my regular size. Got them today and they’ve clearly been worn. DSW… are you circulating the same pair of want used to multiple people after multiple reviews about warn shoes?? Returning these. Hopefully no one else gets them. I did try them on a with socks, a 9.5 is tight. If I were to buy them again (which I’m not, in fear of getting another used pair) I’d go up half a size up. Wishing the rest of you the best of luck with getting a brand new pair!!

I love them. I already had a black pair from a few years ago and wanted another pair. I ordered another black pair plus a tan pair. I wear them all day at work with no issues. Can be worn with dress pants or jeans.

I am fuming! I went into my local DSW to try on these shoes and the only ones they had in my size was the display pair. The right shoe was the display shoe and had been tried on MANY times, and was therefore more stretched out than the left shoe. Due to that issue, as well as the soles being VERY dirty, I decided to go home and order them from the app. As soon as the shoes shipped, and it showed the origin location as the same city as my local store, I should have been suspicious, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I said to myself, “Surely they wouldn’t sent me the beat up display pair of shoes if I ordered them online.” Well, I was wrong. See the pictures and you’ll see what I was sent… the same pair of worn display shoes from the store. And to make it even worse (which is hard to do in this instance), they made ZERO effort to make them look new(ish). The tissue paper was all crumpled under the shoes, there was no tissue in the toes of the shoes, and the little sticks to wedge in the shoes were just sitting loose in the worn and beat up box. Now I have to go back to that same store and do an exchange for an actual NEW pair of these shoes. All that to say, I won’t be buying shoes from DSW online again, what a joke! Buyer beware, if you order from their app or online, you may get a pair of worn out display shoes.
