Comfortable and Supportive
I bought these shoes for work. I am a mailcarrier on a mostly walking route. I have been wearing these shoes for almost 3 weeks now and they have proven to be well worth the purchase price. I wish I would have found them sooner. They are very comfortable and give me the support I need to make it through my day. I am 56 years old and need all of the foot support I can get walking up stairs, hills and inclines. I like when I walk through wet dewy grass, they keep my feet dry too! Give them a try!

New Shoes Returned For WORN!
I ordered these shoes for my son. He decided they were just a little bit too big so I sent in for an exchange. What he received were shoes that had been worn at some point. I would expect better service! At least tie them back up properly and wrap in paper to make them seem like we were getting a proper exchange. I found this to be quite tacky of DSW. The shoe itself is fine. I’m afraid to buy from them the next time, heaven forbid you order the wrong size, you might get used shoes as an exchange. We sent back NEW, unworn shoes and expected New, unworn shoes in exchange! The picture is how he received them out of what little box was left. Clearly had been worn at some point

Not Wide. Enough
Great sneaker. My husband normally wears 11 1/2 wide. I went to the store to exchange it for a 12 wide. Shockingly still tight. We are hoping 12 1/2 would fit.

Purchased sneakers for my husband. He’s been wearing 11.5 wide for years Need to exchange for a larger. So they run a bit on the snug side. He said he can wear it but I don’t like the fact it’s too snug. Please get a larger size when purchasing. He said it’s very comfortable and well cushioned.
