don’t trust dsw to give you the right size

no comment on the shoes becuase i never got to wear them. dsw managed to send me the wrong size TWICE. they have no idea the difference between us and uk sizes.
i ordered a us8. they sent a us8 shoe box with a us6 inside. then they gaslit me several times about what i ordered — via phone and email btw — but ultimately let me do an exchange. i requested a us8 in my exchange form. they sent me a us10.
i’ll be ordering the shoes from the doc martens site and paying the full price. i genuinely never want to deal with dsw again.

I got these shoes as my Mother’s Day present and they are my new favorite shoes. Period. I wear them with shorts, jeans, skirts, dresses. Love love them! They’re so comfy and I love the extra inch of height! Def recommend for all the ALT mamas!

Strap broke after 1 week

These were really comfortable from the get-go after adjusting the straps. They do run big. Loved them, loved the height. Then the back strap broke off the base. If you do research, you'll read that the sandals have a history of the straps breaking away from the base.
