Wear a size 6 womens - got these in a 4 they fit great and are perfect to wear. Love the shiny patent leather. Only issue is they're flat so no arch support. I walked unexpectedly like 5 miles in them one day and my back killed later on but otherwise they were comfy, no blisters. Would highly recommend
