Great shoe, bad DSW

the rating of 5 stars is for the shoes, not dsw. the shoes are beautiful, good quality, amazing! But, like many other reviews, dsw cant send the right size. they send you the size you ordered but in UK sizing, Not the US size, making them too big. i sent them back and reordered thinking it would be corrected but i guess i was wrong. back to the store they go.

Best Uniform Shoe

Going on my 2nd full year of buying these for my daughter for school. She loves them (and she’s very picky), the shoe overall is very solid and the strap Velcro survives the on and off of the school year. Overall I love this shoe for her because it’s comfortable, great use , and they survive the whole school year. When she scratches it up at the front , you barely see it as opposed to other shoes I’ve bought in the past where you could see all the imperfections in one dent/scratch! Buy them ! You won’t regret it!

Terrible Customer Service

Cute shoes, but terrible customer service. I ordered these shoes from DSW three times and was given the wrong shoe size every time! It’s very clear that the packing department is not confirming orders/UPC numbers before shipping. So much for paying for express shipping.
