Sent to me worn, damaged, and the wrong color

I received the wrong color shoe. The box was completely smashed and falling apart. The shoe was not only the wrong color but also had very clearly been worn and the seam was fraying. DSW offered no help with this besides 'go submit a return'. The shoe itself might be fine but do not buy it from here!

Very cute. Adjustable foot strap. Comfortable footbed. First time wearing them I got blisters on the top of my feet. Had to wear around the house with socks on to break them in.

These shoes are really cute. They fit true to size and are comfortable except they rub on the top. I put a little bit of padding (formed a sports bra padding cup) up under the top and now they are very comfortable all around.

Love these shoes! Super cute - can be worn casually or with dressier attire. Comfortable. I found them to run slightly small so would recommend going up a half size.
