I chose 8.5 W and didn’t seem like a wide at all.
I checked to see if they sent me a regular size but no, their “wide” shoe needs improvement

Wore these to a wedding I was in and kept them on for 8 hours with very minimal foot pain which is a huge win!!! I have wide feet and these are perfect for me. Cute, comfortable and true to size!

Exactly What I Wanted - True 9 but ordered 9W

So I literally just got these 2 days after ordering and they are exactly what I was hoping for! I’ll start by saying I’m a true size 9, I don’t consider my foot wide but it’s not narrow. After reading the reviews about how tight the toe box and straps in the front were I bit the bullet and went with a 9 Wide. Best decision! My toes are comfy and are not squished in the toe box and the straps are not digging in! Height is perfect and heel is not heavy if you’re used to block heels. Only reason I gave it 4 starts because the tiny holes in the top strap to secure the strap it weren’t fully punctured through but that’s an easy fix. Can’t wait to wear these for a wedding I’m going to!

Comfortable straps for long work day with decent amount of walking. I had sores in heels from different shoes the week before and these straps were so comfortable and did not bother my sore spots.
