Cleaned the tip once since I had a little mud, and the first layer pealed off. simple cleaning but the first layer of the tip scrapped off.

Bought these for my husband online and the shoe we received was a different material than advertised. It looked very cheap. Not leather, even the label on the shoe confirmed that. When I returned it in store, the dsw employee even thought it was a different shoe I had been sent.
