DAMAGED
The package showed up at my door OPENED and the box was already broken and looked like it had been thrown around and sat on. Boots are stained and damaged.

Survived a Music Festival
Wore these to a music festival and they got absolutely covered in dirt by the end of the weekend. I was a little nervous about how they’d hold up and whether I’d be able to get them clean again, but they exceeded my expectations. They cleaned up easily and look almost brand new. Super comfortable, durable, and held up great after several days of walking, dancing, and being outdoors. Definitely happy with this purchase.

simple and straight forward
The color is not as cute as I had hoped. It's just as it's a picture but I think I wanted a deeper brown. They're a little more yellow than I like. They're kind of stiff, but that might just be from being so new. They're pretty flat bottomed so not a lot of art support.

Not what I expected
I should have read the details more thoroughly and looked at these reviews I thought I was getting a deal but these aren’t worth that cost a few more $$ and buy the original leather ones…. I’m done with DSW truly dissatisfied and disappointed

NOT "QUALITY LEATHER" as decsribed!
The description clearly says "quality leather", yet when they arrived I discovered that they are made out of plastic. Junk. Returning.

Stylish Boot

Unacceptable Delivery!
How do you consider this an acceptable order? The box arrived destroyed and is not even salvageable to wrap for my daughter’s Christmas gift. I’m very disappointed this passed through your shipping department in this condition.

Two Large Scrarches On The Front :(
These arrived with two large scratches on the front of the boot. Not sure why they would be sent out to me in this condition. Do better DSW. Boots are stylish and comfy overall.

Boots had Spots On Them
I ordered online, when I opened the box. There were spots all over them. I returned them to store. The DSW employee was surprised when she saw the boots.

Stain Easily
Love these. But walked to my car with them in a tote bag during light rain and they stained so badly. Worked hard to get stains out and then weather treated but the color isn’t the same anymore. So bummed; especially for the price

Shiny boots, not for me
Purchased these boots as a birthday gift to myself. The material was slightly shinier than I prefer, and the calf was definitely too large for my calves. I do tend to have narrower calves, so these might work for someone with average-sized calves. I will be returning as they just won't work for me.

Great Boots - But don’t get them wet!
I’ve gotten so many compliments on these boots. They’re comfortable, stylish, and wear great for an entire work day. Do be warned that as another reviewer commented, they will get spots on them if they get wet. I would recommend treating before wearing but can’t promise it won’t affect the color. The spotting is really the only downfall about them, otherwise they are great. Comfy and true to size. I wear a 9 and ordered a 9 and it’s fine.
