Runs Large

I normally wear a size 8 1/2 or 9. I tried on a size 8 1/2 and it fit like a size 10. Tried a size 7 1/2 and didn’t like the way they looked.

Little too big

This is exactly the type of mule I've been looking for - comfortable and nice looking. 2 problems. The brown is lighter shade than pictured and the size 10 was too big for me. I will return and hope I can find 9.5 for fit. I'd probably choose another color if it fits.

Great shoe but size down
a year ago
After reading other reviews, I decided to size down 1/2 size from my usual. It is good that I did. The shoes actually fit well. They look nice and while I would not say that they are particularly comfortable, they are definitely not uncomfortable. They are a little on the heavy side so I won't wear them when I know I'll be doing a lot of walking. Overall I am pleased with the shoe.
