The best clogs ever

My son says that these are the best clogs ever, although we bought for him a size up, with adjustable strap he feels so comfortable, and wears every day.

They sent me a box with no lid and TWO RIGHT FOOT SHOES. The shoes are also 2 different sizes. In what kind of world do you package orders like this and not give me the order correctly.
