I bought these for my 10-month old grandson. He’s not quite walking yet but starting to stand and balance. I put these on him and they fit perfectly. It can be slipped on without the back strap or put on more securely with the strap. He was able to stand for a couple of seconds. In anticipation of him walking in the next couple of months, I bought another pair. Definitely recommend for babies for looks/fashion and for toddlers for first steps.
