Poor Packaging

Only rated this order a 1 due to the way I received them in the box. The sneakers smashed in the box to the point the back of the sneakers are flat and wrinkled. They cannot be straighten out even when put on.
I’ve bought these sneakers for my daughters and have never had a problem. The sneakers are comfortable and cute.
