Columbia Drainmaker XTR Hiking Shoe - Women's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are shoes that get the job done. I’m a camp director and wear these all morning long. They drain water easily. My only negative is that they start to smell a bit if I don’t pull out the liner while drying everyday.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color was what drew me to these, beautiful blue. They fit around your ankles almost like socks, one piece design with no separate tongue. I usually wear a 7.5, but in a sneaker style, I like an 8 because I like extra room to wear a no-show sock. I know these shoes are designed so you don't wear socks, but I always do anyway. The sizing feels good to me because it's not too tight. Very comfortable. This is my second pair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit was great. The toe box was generous. I did not feel like the support and sturdiness of the sole was good enough for me. It’ personal for me but the shoe could be wonderful for others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wore these on a 2 day kayaking and hiking trip on moderate trails with a lot of shallow water crossings. The shoes were so comfortable, dried overnight (Sedona) and had good hiking traction.

comfortable, well made, tread not wearing down thus far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this shoe for years. The shoe actually lasts several years but I like to switch them out when doing Water Aerobics. They are great if you have feet trouble and I highly recommend them. I am noticing they are no longer in stock and I am seriously hoping they are not going to get rid of this product!

They really make packing for adventures easy because I don’t have to think about hiking and water shoes as two separate things. They’re comfortable and have great traction! I recommend these to everybody.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Went on a 6 day rafting trip with these shoes. Pros: They were very comfortable and dried out over night. I hiked in sandy rocky terrain in these and they had good traction. Cons: Sand got behind heel on last hike and caused blisters. (We hiked on land and water.) Got home after trip and the black toe protector is coming off shoe and toe is showing fraying. I admit I was tough on these shoes, but falling apart after 6 days is disappointing.
