Best boot ever - I bought two!

I work as a host in a restaurant - standing or walking on concrete flooring for a whole shift. These boots have given my feet relief for the first time. After wearing them to work for several months, I bought a second pair to have as a backup!

Too tight, if you go bigger it’s too loose.

Fits smaller than normal size but because they’re platform-type, your feet push to the front and they feel squeezed. I have medium not wide feet but they weren’t comfortable especially when you add wearing with socks.

Super comfortable and truly waterproof!! The first time I wore these, we had a popup storm and I was sad to be getting them wet yet they did not even get "water drop marks" on them as I ran to my car. I got so many compliments! Great booties !!

I typically can purchase Cole Haan boots and shoes and never worry about fit and sizing. Until this pair of boots. What is going on with the heel?! My foot walks out of the heel. I’ve switched socks and nothing remedies the issue. I am so disappointed- they are lightweight and a good looking boot- but they don’t work. Am going to return. Or attempt to. Not sure if they were final sale!

Super comfortable for this flats-only customer

I don’t wear heels (and to me, this lift is a heel). That said, I love other shoes from Cole Haan and decided to give these a try. So glad I did. This bootie is the perfect dressy waterproof shoe for me to wear to work and around town in damp Seattle winter. Bonus: I feel tall.
They feel a little narrow (so won’t work with thicker socks for me), but they also feel like they’ll continue to break in. I’ve only worn them four or five times, but so far I love them and am so happy with this purchase. They have been comfortable since day one. Can wear with jeans, slacks, and I’m pretty sure I’ll be wearing them with shorts this summer. 😁
