Just received these beautiful shoes. However, they are HUGE! These are MEN’s size. Had no idea based on the shoe description. DSW revise your she description.

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my husband. The original pair I received had a scratch on them and were very obviously opened/tried on. The DSW Customer service team was very helpful in processing an exchange for the item quickly. I received the new pair in perfect condition two days after reaching out to customer service. I was also able to easily return the original pair at a store near me. Still waiting to see what my husband thinks of the loafers, but I'm very impressed with the service provided by the DSW team.

Would Have Loved These If I Wore Men’s Sizes

I was looking for a great, classic penny loafer and this was perfect…except for the lack of indication anywhere in the DSW app that these were men’s sizes. I wish they carried this style from Cole Haan for women. I ordered from the app the save time and ended up taking up more time to return and learn there wasn’t a replacement for me online or in-store.
