Bad fit

Way too wide. I'm 93 years old and I've been ill and it was 34 days past purchasing these, 31 days after receiving them and cole haan said no return no exceptions. Wow what a company!

I have been searching online and in stores for a comfortable, mostly flat but with a supportive footbed, black leather sandal in this style. Cole Haan you nailed it!! I spent hours searching over a few weeks and was happy to find myself trying these on in the store. I found them to be true to size and sooo buttery comfortable. Thank you!

Narrow & Uncomfortable

I had been waiting for a sandal that way similarly styled to my favorite pair of Cole shoes. When I saw these they looked so similar I thought they must have brought back a design that was popular and had brand success. Upon receiving them, I was so disappointed. The footbed at the arch is very narrow (and I wear narrow shoes), making the material on the top of the foot hit at a weird spot. Even walking in the house with them for 5 minutes, I knew I had to send them back. I considered maybe sizing up a 1/2 size (which would be odd for me), but when I looked at the rest of the placement of my foot, everything else was where it should be, meaning a size up might solve one issue, just to create others. I'll keep hoping my favorite pair, just the way it used to be, is resurrected and brought back--but I am losing hope now that they are over 5 years old.

I love these sandals. I may have just purchased my 5th pair. I live in Hawaii and wear them almost daily and also take them with me whenever I travel because I know that I can walk many miles in them. Please don’t stop making this style!

Toes fell over

I do not have very wide feet. Unfortunately, my little toes fell over the side of the shoe footbed. The footbed is not wide enough. And the top of the shoe was tight. The bit of elastic did not give.
