Extremely worn shoes. I can't believe DSW accepted someone else's return and tried to resell these horrible boots. Cheap quality too

Terrible Quality

I was really disappointed with the quality of these shoes. After just a couple of weeks of wear, the bottom of the left heel came off. I expected a well-made product, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I had to take them to a shoe repair shop to fix both heels, only to find that after a few more days of wear, the insoles had completely peeled off.
It’s frustrating because I love the silhouette and heel height, but the quality is terrible.

First time wearing today. I love them. They looked good and were comfortable. The only reason for the 4 stars is because after a few hours they were a little tight. 1/2 size bigger would have been perfect
