all i want is a refund of product that has not been shipped after 4 days and after searching dsnt even show its available! will not allow me to get a refund or shoes, this is ridiculous

Cute boots, size was good, little to no padding in the foot. They felt like ice skates. I bought boots to keep me on my feet during the winter. I don’t think these would’ve done the job. It’s the material the soul was made out of. Looks rubber, but feels like a hard plastic. Very little give/bend in the shoe when trying to walk.

I jad to buy these because my old boots just wore out. Honestly I qould have been better off in the worn out ones than these. It is nearly I possible to get the laces tightened on these so the fit properly. The shoe sizing runs very big. The tongue of the boot is enormous! I've never seen a thicker tongue on a pair of boots. Wouldn't reccomend!

The Wide Size isn’t Wide at all

I was so excited for these cute winter boots but unfortunately the wide size is not wide AT ALL. I struggle to imagine what the normal width ones are if the “wide” are really so narrow. If you’re looking for a truly wide women’s boot, this is not it.
