These boots are ideal for casual dressing, I really liked them. The four stars are because they have a thin sole and are not suitable for long walks

Great comfort, perfect for light hiking or walking
These are so comfortable. I am on my feet all day in a warehouse. They are like hiking boot + tennis shoe. Water resistant & stylish. Te bottom are slip proof & doesn't wear out yet. I have them in black, offwhite and tan. Recommend if you want the comfrt of a tennis shoe with teh stability of a boot.

Horrible Boots For This Price
It hasn’t been two since I purchased these boots for my daughter and they’re completely done. They’re not meant for walking around at all. And snow, forget about it.

Probably comfortable but still getting used to it
I generally like shoes by this brand, so I took a chance and bought it online when normally I like to try shoes on in-person. The 8.5W fits me well, though the first time I wore it rubbed my heels raw. It hasn't happened since, but my legs also feel uncomfortably pressed from the high closed top when I do anything that flexes my ankles a little, like climbing stairs or going up a slope. I've tried relacing looser but I'm not sure if it's really helped. I may try just not lacing the top loop next time. Otherwise, the inside zippers work well to get the boots on/off quickly.

Too Narrow
I’ve never bought a pair of shoes in my life that were too narrow—- Until now! These are the one— the toe box is too tight across the toes. Length was fine. Not enough room in the boot around the foot to add a sock either.

Awful
I understand that Christmas is a busy time but I ordered these December 6 and they were finally delivered on December 22nd! Too late to use as my gift had to purchase something else. Communication was non existent to add to the frustration.

Flimsy
These booties are very cute. However, there is no support whatsoever in the foot bed. They are thin and flimsy. I guess that’s what makes them lightweight. I wouldn’t dare hike in them due to the lack of support. Im going to have to wear them with plush socks just to provide a little footbed comfort. I wear a 9 in most everything and based on other reviews I ordered these in a 9.5. Glad I did to make room for the socks. I don’t understand all of the reviews saying how comfortable they are. I don’t find that to be the case at all. I’ll keep them for running errands during the winter, the side zippers make them easy on, easy off. But I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know. I would not be able to wear these for any extended period of time or if I was going to be on my feet for any length of time. I have boringly normal feet, no high arches, medium to narrow width, no bunions, no nothing. Just normal feet. I’ve purchased numerous times from this brand at DSW over the years and this is the first time I’ve gotten a shoe from White Mountain that feels like it was made in a back alley.

Thought these were zip down, but the zipper is only decorative. Was looking for something quick and easy to slide on.

Soles too slippery for snow
These boots fit and were very comfortable but I noticed that they were very slippery on my hardwood and tile floors so I returned them. I wanted snow boots and need good traction.

So far, so good!
Haven't worn them yet but tried them on. Very comfortable and easy to put on! I bought size 9W, and will have room for heavier socks.
