Nice shoes but run very big

I ordered these shoes in Nave blue and they arrived very quickly. I tried them on and had to return them because they were way too big for me. I usually wear an 11 med so that is what I ordered but they were at least a size too big. I returned them and got a pair of 10's and those fit just fine.
