Love It
One of my foot is always swollen due to lymphodema. It's hard for me to buy shoes that would fit properly, considering my other foot is normal. Bought these without looking for it at the store and hoped for the best. It was still a tad bit tight on my swollen foot but manageable. I ended up buying 3 more in different colors.

Cute & Comfy

They look great!
These boots are cute and good if you want a very dark blue. With the furry part that folds down, not sure if will fit inside all my jean cuffs. I unsnapped it to fold it up, but then had a very difficult time getting it snapped back down again.

Did Not Receive Refund
This review is for the Refund! I ordered this item online on 10/7. Decided I wanted a different color and returned them on 10/29/23 at store in West Covina,Ca. 10 days later no refund. I’ve called Customer Svc twice about my refund of $158. Since They are located in another country so this causes a language barrier. Not only that but they keep telling me that the refund has been credited to my Debit card. Unfortunately today is 11/29/23 & I checked my acct again. There is NO refund!! PS- I love DSW shoes but if I do not receive my refund I will never use there online system again. Good luck with your refunds.

Uncomfortable, Difficult to put on
I am normally a fan of White Mountain boots, but these ones were horrible for me. Extremely difficult to get on and off unless you completely loosen the laces; there is no zipper to open the boot up. I always had blisters. I couldn't wear these for more than a few hours without being in pain. Unfortunately had to trash these boots after trying to wear them numerous times with no difference.

Perfect For New Hikers
My daughter wanted hiking boots for college, since it is located in a very wooded area and has lots of outdoor activities available nearby. These boots are a great find, well made but not too expensive; durable but stylish. I think they’ll need a little breaking in, but she says they are comfortable and feel as if she can wear them indoors and for other activities as well. I’m only dropping a star because I always thing hiking boots should have a lug sole for better traction. Otherwise, another great DSW buy!

Great boot for city walking
Spent a week walking several major cities in these boots! Super comfortable. The only difficulty I had was in getting them on- the sides are very stiff - but perhaps this is common in this style boot? Would absolutely buy again!

Contemporary
I teach high school students. I like to dress contemporary without looking like a student myself. When I've work these boots, I've received many comments from my students. "Your boot are "fly" Mrs. Wing." The are very comfortable. The wide is perfect for me as one foot is larger than the other.

Comfy, Run Big
These fit great! I normally buy an extra wide in winter boots so I can wear a heavier sock, but these only came in wide. I was very pleasantly surprised that these have plenty of room, actually run a bit big, but are very comfortable and very cute. I took a star off because they can be a little difficult to get on, especially if you have a high instep. The laces do untie, but the "sock" part goes all the way down, so the shoe doesn't fully open, and there is no little tab at the back so it can be a bit slippery when trying to pull them on. I might get these in another color, really happy with them so far.

Cute and functional!
Comphy and cute! I have another pair of these in a different color and last winter they got me through 2 snows (including shoveling my moms driveway) and they still look good and are comfortable.
