No structure at the back

I’ve never work clogged-type slippers before, so this problem might apply to all of them and I just wasn’t aware. I thought these would be more slip on, with no need to pull the back up after putting them on. The back really is just the knit and has no structure at all. If you don’t pull the back up it just flattens the back and is not comfortable. If not for that, these slippers would have been pretty comfortable.

Not what I expected

I bought this item two weeks ago. I thought it was a clog for outside wear. There was no indication in the store signage, nor on the shoebox itself that said these clogs were slippers. Had I been aware of that, I would not have purchased this item.
