Not a medium, ridiculously narrow!

I've never had to buy a wide shoe. This sandal is way too narrow, but is labeled medium width! Out of curiosity, I spot checked some of the other sellers offering this sandal. Guess what the overall major complaint is in the reviews? Toooooo narrow. Get a clue Clark's. DSW needs to arrange for a free return by mail from customer's residences when a manufacturer screws up like this. Not our fault! I'd exchange for a wide, but that's not even an option. No more shoes for me via online. Ugh, what a pain in the **** and an inconvenience.
