Disappointed

They look great, very soft leather, definitely go a full size up, though I would have been happy, but I wore them the very first time to a doctors appointment and when I took them off the insole on the left shoe came out, I figured maybe the were removable but noticed the entire bottom of the insole was torn out, meaning that must be how I received them. Retuning them today not sure if I will get another pair
