    VERY difficult to get my foot in them. It's like the instep is too small and you can't put them on. They look great and aren't bad once you have them on but they're a struggle to get on and off. For that reason alone I don't think I'll be wearing them much.

    I ordered a 11.5 wide. Should have gone to a extra wide. Not sure they even make an extra wide. Boots are great as all Carhart products seem to be. Leather is such good quality I am having a very hard time breaking them in. I've had them 3 weeks now and the fit is very comfortable, but I just can't get them to stretch 1/4 of an inch over the top of my foot. For that reason alone, I have to rate the functionality a 4 of 5 stars.

    These are amazing. Excellent fit, EH rated, and steel toe cap that's square instead of the usual round. The stitching on the top is a nice touch allowing them to look like regular square toe boots.
