Brooks Ghost 18 Running Shoe - Men's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wearing ghost shoes for many years now and the 18’s are probably the most comfortable that I can remember. The 17’s were comfortable but did not last me very long. Only 8 weeks max. So far these are nearing that point and still going strong. We will see how long they last. But so far so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased the Men's Ghost 18 in a 4E (Extra Wide), and they fit perfectly with my custom orthotics. However, I am disappointed they are not offered in the same colors as the other widths. It's obvious they sell well because this width is out of stock a lot!! A Navy color would be nice. Will my fellow wide-width customers please add your comments and request different colors? Our money is just as good as the Regular width customers!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ghost 18’s are by far my favorite Brooks shoes. They are quite comfortable, stable, light and you feel like you are walking on a cloud. Helped reduce my knee pain quite a bit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fit! It feels like walking on a cushion of air. I am not a runner, but I can tell the difference when walking for exercise and I am not wearing my Brooks shoes as all other shoes feel heavier for some reason. I do not wear them for everyday use only when working out to try to extend the life of wear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have run in at least 10 iterations of the Ghost over the years. When I buy a pair of Ghosts I am not looking for flash or max comfort. I am looking for something that can handle any type of run reasonably well. In this space, the Ghost has maintained it's place as the most reliable daily trainer. It's not been without innovation and I appreciate the features in this years model. The midsole is soft enough to be comfortable but will not bog you down if you want to pick it up. I like the updates to the tongue and the the heel flare. This is the comfortable do it all shoe. It's the shoe you take your travel because it can handle all of your runs from recovery to workouts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ghost 18 is very good and comfortable. Sometimes the improved version is worse than the older one being too much cushion, but these feel very good. Brooks is my best fit in the past 6 years.
