Great For Trail Running

Repurchased this model twice already for my husband and it’s his favorite trail running shoe. No break-in period.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Uncomfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the Cascadia 18 GTX waterproof ones and they are very uncomfortable. I also have the Divide GTX waterproof and the are way more comfortable. Every time I wear the Cascadias they hurt my feet. I just hope the 19 is a lot more comfortable.

A Lot To Like

I’ll start with the negative. I don’t like wearing socks but the interior of these shoes rub a little bit by my pinky toe so socks are going to be needed. They have good art support and are comfortable to wear otherwise. I bought them for the aggressive tread so that I could wear them to play golf. They work well for that. And yet they are light and airy keeping my feet cool. I just wished I didn’t have to wear the socks to keep it from rubbing.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I look forward to wearing these shoes every day.

This is the first time I have purchased a trail shoe. I rarely go on trails, but when I read that you can wear these for everyday use, I said I would give them a try. I absolutely love them. I wear them every day. They are comfortable and make me feel protected.

No longer the trail shoe of choice

I loved the Cascadia 16 and returned the 18 immediately because of changes in small things. I hope Brooks has rethought the design of the Cascadia 19 if there is going to be one…

These are comfortable and practical enough to wear day to day if preferred. Great trail shoe for hiking (or running). An unlisted benefit is using these shoes for golf. The sole is similar to that of spikeless golf shoes. The traction is remarkable and they will be the most comfortable golf shoe you have ever worn.

I like this shoe due to its nice robust sole, however I ordered a 13 wide and it fits very snug. Please do not be deceived by the wide option, save yourself time and look for a different shoe.
