Shoe Is Fine, DSW Is Not

Received this shoe and they have clearly been worn already, bottoms are dirty and has scuffs. This is the second pair of kids schools I’ve received this way. Unacceptable when I pay full price for DSW to not even examine their inventory and what they send out. What a shame of a company who obviously doesn’t care about customers, product quality or transparency
